Downgrades:

Wells Fargo analyst Joseph Quatrochi maintains $Lam Research (LRCX.US)$ with hold rating, and adjust the target price from USD100 to USD88.

Deutsche Bank analyst Ross Seymore maintains $Intel (INTC.US)$ with hold rating, and adjust the target price from USD27 to USD25.
