2. HISTORY
The company was established as a holding company in 2017/2 through a stock transfer of its predecessor, Meiho Engineering Co., Ltd. (founded in 1981/7). After that, it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter, Tokyo Stock Exchange) Mothers and Nagoya Stock Exchange (hereafter, name certificate) Centrex in 2021/4, and moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange growth market and the name certificate next market due to the market division restructuring of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the name certificate in 2022/4. After transitioning to a pure holding company, it expanded its business by utilizing M&A.
