The recipients of this issuance are Xingtai Xiaofan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xiaofan Technology"), with a total issuance of up to 77.6398 million shares, accounting for 20.14% of the pre-issuance total share capital. The issuance price is 6.44 yuan/share, with a total fundraising amount of up to 0.5 billion yuan (inclusive). After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds are intended for supplementary working capital and repayment of bank loans.
