Main contents of the School-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement

Party A: Dalian Maritime University

Party B: JiaYou International Logistics

After full negotiation, the two parties will carry out the following practical cooperation:

1. Establish interaction mechanisms at all levels between the two parties

(1) The senior management of both parties will establish a regular meeting system.

(2) The specific business departments of both parties will increase the exchange of various information, actively explore and implement areas of mutual cooperation, and provide first-hand information for timely decision-making by the senior leadership of both parties.

2. Scientific research cooperation between the two parties.

(1) Party A fully leverages its own research advantages, combines the business status and development needs of Party B, jointly analyzes new trends, hotspots, and new models in areas such as digital logistics, smart ports, green shipping, and multimodal transportation, fully drawing on successful cases and advanced concepts at home and abroad, and providing business models and advanced technological support for the development of Party B.

(2) Party B fully leverages its industrial advantages, supports the demonstration and application of Party A's technological achievements at Party B, promotes the transformation and transfer of Party A's scientific and technological achievements and technical patents to Party B.

3. Scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between the two parties.

(1) Actively promote the sharing of scientific and technological information. Both parties have scientific and technological information resources in areas such as digital logistics, smart ports, green shipping, and multimodal transportation (excluding those requiring confidentiality), and strive to achieve interoperability, interconnection, and open sharing as soon as possible.

(2) Pragmatically promote research project cooperation. Based on the technological development needs in the cooperation areas, both parties jointly organize research forces to jointly apply for major key scientific and technological projects, technology awards, research platforms, etc., organize key technology breakthroughs, and continuously improve the level and quality of joint research activities of both parties.

(3) Collaboratively promote industry-university-research cooperation. Both parties focus on key cooperation areas and actual market demands, promote the transformation and industrialization of technological innovation results, achieve seamless connection between scientific research and development, technology transfer and transformation, and industrialization.

(4) Effectively carry out international cooperation. Party A recommends Party B to world maritime organizations, world-famous supply chain and logistics companies, overseas renowned universities, as well as well-known domestic universities and research institutions leveraging its own influence, enabling Party B to attract talent, conduct effective international cooperation, and expand its own business.

4. Co-build a talent training base together.

(1) Co-build a high-level talent training base together to provide various levels of talent support for the development of both parties.

(2) Explore talent training models together, formulate talent training plans, and establish a high-level talent training platform.

(3) Co-build student practice base together to cultivate professional talents.

5. Cooperation in other fields

(1) Utilize their own resources to jointly host large-scale events with global influence in the multimodal transport and logistics supply chain industry.

(2) Fully leverage the first party's cni resource index advantage in domestic and international port shipping and logistics supply chain fields to support the second party's internationalization strategy upgrade.

(3) The first party should give full play to its expertise, combine the current situation and needs of the second party in international land-sea logistics, multimodal transport, etc., and conduct diversified and in-depth communication and cooperation with the second party.

6. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties.

The signing of this university-enterprise cooperation agreement is of great significance to the company in terms of technological innovation research and development, talent introduction and port operation management. Through strategic cooperation with Dalian Maritime University, the company will receive support in advanced technologies in areas such as smart ports, green shipping, and port-land linkage, optimizing and upgrading the company's development and operation capabilities in the Port of Tanga in Tanzania.
