ITMax System Secures Fifth Smart Parking Contract In Johor
ITMax System Berhad has been appointed by Muar Municipal Council as the smart parking operator, managing 8,650 street parking bays in the Muar district, similar to previous contracts, the 15-year contract, effective from 1 October 2024 and said that it will be operated under a revenue-sharing model, with Southmax receiving 70% of the revenue generated from parking collections and parking compounds.
麻坡市议会已任命ItMax System Berhad为智能停车运营商，管理麻坡地区的8,650个路边停车位，与之前的合同，即自2024年10月1日起生效的为期15年的合同类似，并表示将在收益分享模式下运营，Southmax将获得70％的收入来自停车位和停车大院。
Making this the fifth of such contract attained in Johor, ITMax CEO William Tan Wei Lun said the commitment remains steadfast in delivering a seamless parking experience for the public while empowering local councils to enhance operational efficiency through innovative digital solutions for smart cities.
