On October 7th, the sports technology company Keep announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Huang Weibo will no longer serve as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Co-Secretary; Huang Weibo has been appointed as the Group's Chief Global Strategy Officer and will continue to provide support and advice to Keep in this capacity.

According to the Financial Intelligence APP, on October 7th, the sports technology company Keep (03650) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Huang Weibo will no longer serve as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Co-Secretary; Huang Weibo has been appointed as the Group's Chief Global Strategy Officer and will continue to provide support and advice to Keep in this capacity.

The announcement stated, "Mr. Huang has confirmed that he has no disagreements with the Board of Directors and there are no matters related to the above changes that need to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders and/or the Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Huang for his contributions during his tenure as the Group's Chief Financial Officer."

At the same time, the announcement appoints Xu Ce as the Chief Financial Officer of Keep Group, effective from October 7, 2024.

Through online search, Xu Ce has many years of experience as an investment banker and Chief Financial Officer: From March 2018 to September 2024, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Genetron Holdings Limited; from December 2016 to March 2018, he was a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank's Hong Kong Branch; from July 2010 to September 2016, he was a Manager and Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited. In addition, Xu Ce has held various positions at Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, among other financial institutions. In 2004, Xu Ce obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and in 2005, he completed a Master's degree in Information and Software Engineering.
