The group made the statement in a Bursa filing today, stating that the MD has in fact been on leave of absence effective 11 September 2024. It also added that investigative proceedings are currently underway and that no determination has been made.

During this period, the board has appointed Chief Corporate Officer, Puan Mai Eliza binti Mior Mohamad Zubir as the Officer-in-Charge who will temporarily assume the duties, functions, powers and authorities of the MD, effective 11 September 2024.
