Nextage <3186> fell significantly. The company announced its third quarter financial results the previous day, with cumulative operating profit decreasing by 29.5% year-on-year to 10.2 billion yen. The June-August quarter decreased by 62.6% to 2.4 billion yen from 5.5 billion yen in the March-May quarter, leading to a significant decline in profit levels. As a result, the full-year financial estimates have been revised downward from the previous 20 billion yen to 12.5 billion yen, a 22.3% decrease from the previous year, which was in line with market consensus. The negative impact of stagnant business activities, as well as the slowing growth in the used car market, has led to worse-than-expected profit deterioration.
