Qin Weixian will step down as company secretary at the end of the annual shareholder meeting, but will continue to serve as the company's group treasurer, overseeing the office of Ho Kam Hung in Hong Kong (who is an executive director of the company and a related party as the largest single shareholder), focusing on new quality production-related investment projects.
