Foxconn executives said Tuesday that the company is building the world's largest Nvidia superchip factory in Mexico to help ease the huge demand for the Nvidia Blackwell platform.
“We are building the world's largest GB200 production facility.” Foxconn executive Benjamin Ting said.
Nvidia said in August this year that it has begun shipping Blackwell samples to partners and customers after making adjustments to the design, and expects these chips to generate billions of dollars in revenue in the fourth quarter.
Ting said the collaboration between Foxconn and Nvidia is very important, “everyone wants to use Nvidia's Blackwell platform” and “the demand is huge.”
