In addition, Mr. Chen Qichang, an independent non-executive director of the company, will no longer serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will instead serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee; Ms. Zhong Yan, a non-executive director of the company, will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the company, effective from October 9, 2024.
