Grants 9th of October | WG Gold Group (03939.HK) announced the acquisition of 20.22% equity of AXF Gold Ridge Pty Limited and issuing consideration shares based on specific authorization. The acquisition and the fulfillment of all the prerequisites for issuing consideration shares have been achieved, and completed on 9th of October, 2024. According to the terms and conditions of the sales agreement, 72,154,986 shares of consideration shares and 18,072,214 shares of consideration shares (accounting for approximately 7.86% and 1.97% of the Company's issued share capital after the issuance of consideration shares) have been respectively distributed and issued to Golden Crane and Prominence Investment at a price of HK$8.12 per share based on specific authorization.
