Under the agreement, Sevens Atelier and AIPL will refer business opportunities related to landed real estate and potential clients to each other based on the expertise and capability of each party.
Sevens Atelier will leverage its management services, building construction, interior design, renovation, and software development capabilities, whilst AIPL will contribute its expertise in workmanship defects inspection for properties.
In addition, jobs and potential jobs will be allocated to the most suited party based on expertise and resource availability.
