On October 10, Gelonhui haohai biotec (06826.HK) announced that on September 13, 2024, the company's first interim shareholder meeting of 2024 approved the company's 2024 interim profit distribution plan. Accordingly, the company will distribute a mid-term dividend of RMB 0.40 per share (tax inclusive) for the six months ending on June 30, 2024. Due to the fact that the distribution of the mid-term dividend in A shares has been completed on October 10, 2024 (i.e., the ex-dividend date for A shares), the company adjusted the upper limit of the repurchase price based on the repurchase plan.
