Simultaneously, concerns about economic deterioration grew as last week's initial jobless claims unexpectedly increased, leading to a temporary shift to selling the dollar. Subsequently, Atlanta Fed President Bostic hinted at the possibility of postponing one of the two anticipated rate cuts by the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) later this year.
