The company will provide loans to its wholly-owned subsidiaries henan dingrun and changsha dingtong until the corresponding investment projects are completed. Within the aforementioned limits, the company may gradually provide loans to henan dingrun and changsha dingtong in one or more installments based on the progress of the investment projects and funding needs. The progress of the loans will be determined according to the actual requirements of the investment projects, and early repayment or extension at maturity can be made based on the implementation of the projects. The raised funds will be exclusively used for the implementation of the aforementioned investment projects, kept in the special account for the raised funds opened by the entities implementing the investment projects, and may not be used for other purposes.
