Everyone, good morning and good evening. Evening paper Fuji to unexpectedly cease publication at the end of January next year in 2025. For me, who has been striving for the annual Grand Prix victory in the serial 'Stock 1 Grand Prix' of the paper, it signifies the beginning of a journey to find a new battleground. I await thrilling offers such as locally organized events and joint competitions... a small Ajakong in the stock industry, Sanasae.

This article, written by a female Arfo investor in her forties, who was the runner-up in the Evening Fuji-organized Stock 1 GP Grand Champion Tournament (21st fiscal year), is the second year of the serial... already the 89th time. Along with the title column this time, I will introduce the recent attention-grabbing stocks.

The market suffered from an allergy called 'Ishiba Shock' due to the fact that the person who had been advocating for stronger taxation on financial income became the new prime minister. Furthermore, just before the party leadership election, there was an immediate announcement of a dissolution and snap general election despite earlier statements that it wouldn't happen, and the decision to endorse members involved in the scandal that was the main cause of the image decline of the Liberal Democratic Party in the Lower House election... (ellipsis)... The cherry on top, despite vigorously advocating for interest rate hikes, as soon as becoming prime minister, expressing negative views on additional rate hikes by the Bank of Japan leading to currency depreciation, a weaker yen, and higher stock prices... It's only been a week since the leadership election, but touching upon the 'personality' of the new prime minister, Shigeru Ishiba, seems to have restored calm to the market like, 'Ah, so that's the kind of person he is...'

While the imminent Lower House election where the will of the people towards the current ruling Liberal Democratic Party will be shown is approaching with Japan's chaotic government, the market continues to create new trends. This time, I will focus on the recent market themes and the selected attention-grabbing stocks.

First, on the October 4th issue of the Nikkei newspaper, it was reported that "On the 3rd, Kenporen submitted a request to increase the burden on the elderly at the window and the patient's burden on high-cost medical expenses", which seems to have led to a search for the relatively new theme of 'preventive medical related'. Firstly, Emusuri <2413> was moving as a symbol stock. In response to this, I checked GENOVA <9341>, which is expanding its medical platform business and smart clinic business. I see plenty of growth expectations along with performance, as it has moved from listing to the main board in a short period. Other interesting options include Sakai Chemical <4078>, which holds Kaigen Pharma known for cold medicine "Kaigen" as a subsidiary, and Mental Health Technologies <9218> in industrial health support.

Also on the same day the 3rd, it was reported that Google in the USA is considering using electricity obtained from nuclear power plants in data centers, which led to the purchase of Kyushu Electric Power <9508>, Hokkaido Electric Power <9509>, and Tohoku Electric Power <9506>. They all share the common expectation and speculation of demand from the construction of semiconductor factories such as TSMC, Rapidas, and PSMC. Therefore, it is also important to check companies related to electrical utilities like Kandenko <1942>, Sumitomo Densetsu <1949>, and Hokuriku Electric Construction <1930>.

Finally, with the Bank of Japan's continued interest rate hikes and the likely benefits of a strong yen, I would like to pick up Inbound's popular Round One <4680>, Sumitomo Forestry <1911>, engaged in the housing business in the USA, World <3612> with high performance expectations from the retail industry, and Sanyo Shokai <8011> continuing to be popular.

Yes, I would like to introduce more, but that's all for now.

In my recent blog, in addition to the stocks introduced above, I pick up the 'Top 3 Stocks to Watch' every month as 'Sanae's Solo Stock 1GP' and measure their price range every weekend. Of course, there are various topics other than stocks... Please feel free to enjoy it even if you are curious or scared (lol). Well then, have a nice trade.
