On October 14, Geelong reported that Cosco Ship Port (01199.HK) announced that starting from October 14, 2024:
(a) Due to other business and personal matters, Huang Tianyou needs to devote more time and has (i) resigned as an executive director and directorate of the company; (ii) ceased to be the designated representative under the Listing Rules of the Joint Hong Kong Exchange of the company; (iii) no longer serves as the agent for legal process documents received by the company in Hong Kong; and (iv) no longer serves as a member of the Executive Committee under the company's board of directors; and
(b) The company's General Counsel and Company Secretary, Hong Wen, no longer acts as the alternate authorized representative for Zhu Tao, Chairman and Managing Director of the Board of Directors, and has been reassigned as the authorized representative.
