Wisdom Financial News App, Midea Group Co., Ltd. (00300) announced that the stabilizing price period for the global offering ended on October 12, 2024 (Saturday) (i.e. 30 days after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application).
China International Finance Hong Kong Securities Limited (acting as the stabilizing price manager) or anyone acting on its behalf took the following stabilizing price actions during the stabilizing price period:
(1) A total of 84.8932 million H shares were allocated in the international offering, equivalent to approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering (after considering the exercise of the over-allotment option but before the exercise of any additional share allocation option); and
(2) The Joint Global Coordinators (on behalf of the international underwriters) on September 25, 2024 (Wednesday) exercised all the additional share allocation rights for a total of 84.8932 million H shares (equivalent to approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering (after considering the exercise of the over-allotment option but before the exercise of any additional share allocation option)) at a price of HK$54.80 per H share (i.e. the offering price per H share under the global offering, excluding 1% brokerage commission, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% HKEX trading fee, and 0.00015% CCASS trading levy), to facilitate the delivery of a portion of the H shares to subscribers who have agreed to defer receipt of the H shares subscribed to under the global offering.
During the stabilizing price period, the stabilizing price manager did not engage in any buying or selling of H shares in the market for the purpose of stabilizing the price.
