From July to September 2024, the net income attributable to shareholders of the listed company was approximately 68 million yuan, a decrease of 2.85% compared with the same period last year; the net income after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was approximately 57.6 million yuan, a decrease of 20.77% compared with the same period last year; and the basic earnings per share were approximately 0.0466 yuan/share.
The main reasons for the changes in the net income attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the first three quarters of 2024 compared to the same period last year are: (1) an increase in the volume of transportation business led to an increase in gross profit; (2) good recovery of customer receivables, with a year-on-year decrease in the provision for credit impairment losses in the first three quarters; (3) the government reclaimed part of the land used for public infrastructure construction for the Ningdong Railroad and paid compensation, confirming asset disposal gains of 5.35 million yuan; the winery company's land compensation income increased by 7.46 million yuan due to the government's construction of the Yinba Railroad, totaling an impact on non-recurring gains and losses of 12.81 million yuan.
