Wisdom Financial News APP, China MeiDong Holdings Limited (02453) announced that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan agreement related to pledged shares entered into by the company with Zhongcheng on July 10, 2024, and to further guarantee the company's obligations under the loan agreement, on October 14, 2024, Shanghai Star of Medicine agreed to pledge an additional 64.1 million shares of domestic shares of the company to Zhongcheng as a beneficiary (extra pledged shares) (approximately 33.34% of the total number of company shares directly held by Shanghai Star of Medicine). As of the date of this announcement, the domestic shares of the company pledged by Shanghai Star of Medicine (including pledged shares and extra pledged shares) collectively account for approximately 12.17% of the total number of issued shares of the company.
