On October 16, 都格隆汇 announced that Shanghai Ya Tong (600692.SH) disclosed that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Liang Jun, the chairman of the board of directors, on October 16, 2024. Due to job transfer reasons, Mr. Liang Jun requested to resign from the position of chairman and director of the 10th board of directors of the company, and also resigned from the positions of chairman of the board's strategic development committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee. According to the relevant provisions of the company's articles of association, Mr. Liang Jun's resignation will take effect from the date the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Mr. Liang Jun will no longer hold any position in the company.
The company will promptly complete the election of directors and chairpersons in accordance with relevant regulations. Unanimously recommended by the company's directors, Ms. Zhai Yunyun, the company's general manager, will perform the duties of the chairman until a new chairman is elected by the board of directors.
