On October 16, Gelunhui *ST Hongyang (000525.SZ) announced that the company, Yunnan Heao Industrial Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yunnan Heao"), and the manager signed the "Reorganization Strategic Investor Investment Agreement"; on the same day, the company and the manager separately signed the "Reorganization Financial Investor Investment Agreement" with Gongqingcheng Shengheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengheng Investment"), Wuhu Yueyi Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Wuhu Yueyi"), Peking Boyachunya Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Boyachunya").
This agreement is a formal agreement signed on the basis of the previously signed "Reorganization Strategic Investment Intention Agreement" and "Pre-reorganization Financial Investor Intention Agreement". This agreement will take effect after the official seals of the relevant parties have been affixed and when the draft reorganization plan of the company is approved by the Intermediate People's Court of Nanjing.
