On October 16, Gelunhui announced that xinxiang richful lube additive (300910.SZ) holds 39,922,800 shares of the company, accounting for 13.68% of the total share capital of the company, and 13.95% of the total shares of the company after excluding the number of shares held in the repurchase special account. China petroleum & chemical corporation (referred to as "Sinopec Capital") plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 5,835,798 shares through centralized bidding trade and block trade methods, the reduction proportion not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, the number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding trade does not exceed 2,917,899 shares, with a reduction proportion not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company; the number of shares to be reduced through block trade does not exceed 2,917,899 shares, with a reduction proportion not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company (in case of dividends, bonus issues, capitalization of profits, rights issue, or other ex-rights and ex-dividend matters, the number of shares to be reduced as mentioned above will be adjusted accordingly).
