Ms. Zhao's qualification as Vice President of the Company has been approved. Ms. Zhao's term as Vice President will start from October 16, 2024, until the Board of Directors appoints or dismisses her.
In addition, the company's Board of Directors recently received Zhu Wenhui's resignation letter.
