Capital estate (00193.HK) announced on October 18th that the group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of the company of no less than 4 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending July 31, 2024, while a loss of 30 million Hong Kong dollars was recorded for the year ending July 31, 2023.
Turn losses into profits for the year ending July 31, 2024, mainly due to (i) an increase in revenue from the group's hotel business and property sales; and (ii) a profit attributable to an associate exceeding 18 million Hong Kong dollars, compared to a loss of 1 million Hong Kong dollars in the previous fiscal year.
