Good morning and evening, everyone. It seems that Japanese stocks are finally about to reach 0.04 million yen again due to the strength of US stocks. (*It actually reached on the 15th) Looking back, the big crash over 8/5, which began with the “Ueda shock,” and the “Ishiwari shock” where the presidential election was a negative surprise... Volatility was really intense this year, and the difficult market continues... Even so, I'm an individual investor and even so, I'm an individual investor who is living a bold life today.

This article, spelled out by an Arafo female investor who was the runner-up in the Stock 1GP Grand Champion Tournament (FY21) sponsored by Yukan Fuji, has also been serialized for 2 years... or 90. This time, along with the title column, I will introduce recent notable stocks.

Since the US employment statistics for September announced on 10/4 exceeded market expectations, expectations for a soft landing have risen again, and the NY Dow has surpassed the all-time high every day... it seems that US stocks are doing great.

However, in terms of the Nikkei Stock Average, which is supposed to tend to be driven by the NY Dow, that doesn't seem to be the case. That should be the case... This is because the Bank of Japan Governor Ueda, who caused the “Ueda shock,” raised interest rates and the hawkish stance that continues thereafter causes an appreciation of the yen and is a factor that suppresses the rise in stock prices. Furthermore, there seems to be anxiety about the upcoming House of Representatives election... Actually, that's not the case here either. Certainly, the Liberal Democratic Party has left behind slush fund parliamentarians' issues, etc., and as a matter of fact, the view that the party is about to drastically reduce the number of seats is overwhelming, but even if a majority of seats (233 seats) cannot be secured due to the current self-government coalition, entry into the coalition government by the Japan Restoration Association is also expected, so there is no major political upheaval, and I think this election will not have a big impact on stock prices. (The current prime minister may also retire... if that happens, the next prime minister will also... lumpy... <※omitted.)

For that reason, it seems possible to view that the Nikkei Stock Average will remain steady even if there are no major changes in the external environment, such as political upheavals overseas or deterioration of the situation in the Middle East in the immediate future. If that happens, I would like to get even a small capital gain by targeting theme stocks and individual stocks that have drawn a solid upward chart. This time, I will focus on such stocks.

<Go to national policy for cybersecurity-related issues>

First, we will pick up Trend Micro <4704>, FFRI Security <3692>, and Soliton Systems <3040>, which were speculated as cybersecurity-related policies of councilor Takaichi Sanae in the previous House of Representatives election. These were also shown to be temporarily sold after Mr. Takaichi's defeat, but Prime Minister Ishiwari, who became the winner, also emphasized the importance of cybersecurity in his subsequent statement of belief speech at the Diet, and it was decided to confirm once again its strength as a national policy. As for this theme, the content invites speculation even on topics related to data centers that companies around the world are currently focusing on, so I would like to keep an eye on it all the time.

Also, it seems that the trend of companies dealing with optical products such as Fujikura (5803) and Kohoku Kogyo (6524), which is speculated due to growing demand for optical fibers and optical connectors in data centers described above, will continue. <3836 >Also, it is a recent IPO, and in addition to the development of AI robotics <247a>, which handles the planning and development of skin care products and beauty appliances using AI developed in-house, AI CROSS <4476>, where SMS services and personnel AI analysis services are strong and performance expectations continue, and the development of consolidated accounting software, AI-related stocks such as Avant Group, which handles management enhancement solutions such as data analysis/prediction AI, are also “let's aim for a boost...” and is being checked.

Yes, I really want to introduce a lot more... that's all for now.

In my recent blog, in addition to the stocks introduced above, I also pick up “3 notable stocks” every month as “Sanasae's one-person stock 1GP,” and measure the price range every weekend. Of course, there are a wide variety of stories other than stocks... feel free to do so even if you see something scary (laughs). well then. Have a nice trade.
