According to the Notarial Office of Zhengli, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, No. 7490 of (2024) Zhetaizheng, the inheritor Mr. Yin Qiang held 9,321,700 shares of the company, inherited by his daughter Yin Zhenxi and son Yin Ziting, and the guardian Ms. Jia Yuhong acts on behalf to handle the relevant procedures for the inheritance of shares. Yin Zhenxi and Yin Ziting did not hold any shares of the company before this.
After the completion of this equity change, Yin Zhenxi will legally hold 4,660,850 shares of the company, accounting for 1.14% of the total share capital of the company; Yin Ziting will legally hold 4,660,850 shares of the company, accounting for 1.14% of the total share capital of the company.
