Sohu Financial News APP, GIC Group (01669) announced that on October 22, 2024, GIC (as the creditor) and Customer B, as the borrower, entered into Loan Agreement E, whereby GIC agreed to grant a secured loan of 10 million Hong Kong dollars for a period of 12 months.
On the same day, GIC (as the creditor) entered into Supplementary Loan Agreement A and Supplementary Loan Agreement B with Customer A and Customer B (each as borrower), whereby GIC agreed to extend the term of Loan Agreement A and Loan Agreement B by 12 months respectively, granting two secured loans totaling 5.3 million Hong Kong dollars.
Prior to entering into Loan Agreement E, GIC (as the creditor) had entered into previous loan agreements, granting four secured loans with a total principal amount of 10.8 million Hong Kong dollars to those customers (as appropriate). One of the previous loan agreements with an outstanding principal amount of 3.5 million Hong Kong dollars will be repaid upon drawing of Loan Agreement E.
