On October 22nd, Guangdong Huiyun Titanium Industry (300891.SZ) announced that the shareholder Guangdong Nanchuan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Nanchuan Xinhuo No. 3 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund (referred to as 'Nanchuan Private Equity'), holding 20,000,100 shares of the company's stock (5% of the total share capital), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's stock by no more than 0.2 million shares (approximately 0.05% of the total share capital excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods. If there are changes in the number of shares due to bonus issue or capital reserve conversion, the reduction amount will be adjusted accordingly.
