The invention mixes the preparation materials of plastic flooring to obtain mixed raw materials; the mixed raw materials are sequentially extruded, laminated and embossed, molded with chamfer treatment, coated with UV-cured paint, cut and grooved, resulting in molded chamfered plastic flooring. The invention sets the molded chamfer treatment step between the lamination and embossing step and the UV-cured paint coating step, allowing for chamfered embossing on the surface of the workpiece to be pressed. By using the method provided by the invention, a larger depth of chamfer effect can be achieved, and the shape of the chamfer is easy to control, whether for regular chamfers or irregular chamfers.
