According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yorhe Fluid Intelligent Control (002795.SZ) issued an announcement on October 22, 2024, stating that the company signed the "Equity Acquisition and Debt Transfer Agreement of Pule New Energy Technology (Taixing) Co., Ltd." with the third party designated by Guo Shengxusheng, Shenzhen Fanrong Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fanrong Industry"). The company plans to transfer 51% equity of Pule New Energy Technology (Taixing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taixing Pule") and all debts owed to Taixing Pule to Fanrong Industry in a package deal for a transaction price of 61.4 million yuan.
