Wise News APP reported that Perfect Opt (08311) announced that one of its subsidiary companies, Skyteam Resources Limited, is restricted from selling its holding of 25.21322 million shares of Didi Chuxing ordinary shares until the last day of the lock-up commitment on October 23, 2024. After this date, Skyteam will be released from the lock-up commitment. In order to realize the investment returns in Didi Chuxing, the group intends to sell all or part of the Didi Chuxing shares held by Skyteam through one or more transactions on the HKEX or through off-exchange trading at an appropriate time (taking into consideration, among other factors, the market price of Didi Chuxing shares).
