Imperium Tec Gp (00776.HK) announced on October 24th that the board of directors happily announced that all conditions stipulated in the placement agreement were reached on October 21, 2024, and the placement matters were completed on October 24, 2024, in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. A total of 62,207,200 shares of placement shares account for (i) 20% of the company's issued share capital immediately before the placement matters; and (ii) approximately 16.67% of the enlarged company's issued share capital upon completion of the issuance and distribution of all placement shares as per the announcement date, at a successful placement price of HK$1.79 per share to no fewer than six underwriters.
