Wise Wealth Financial APP News, Century En Intl (08132) announced that Mr. Zhu Junming (Mr. Zhu) has resigned as the company secretary, the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Authorized Representative under the GEM Listing Rules) and the authorized representative of the company for the purpose of accepting legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Authorized Representative under the Companies Ordinance), effective from October 25, 2024; and Mr. Wu Jiaqi (Mr. Wu) has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules, and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, effective from October 25, 2024.
