On October 28, Gelonhui announced that Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals (600389.SH) held the 15th meeting of the ninth board of directors on October 26, 2024, and approved the proposal to increase investment in the comprehensive utilization project of Guizhou Jiangshan phosphorus chemicals resources. The company agreed to add an investment of 96 million yuan to implement the Feilianhu living area project of the Guizhou Jiangshan phosphorus chemicals resources comprehensive utilization project. The total investment of the project was adjusted from 3613.8955 million yuan to 3709.8955 million yuan.
The project has already started construction to address the lodging issue of single employees, maintain the stability of the workforce, facilitate unified management. After negotiations between the company, Wengfu Group, and Weng'an County Government, the Weng'an County Government agreed to allocate 203 acres of land in the Feilianhu Wetland Park for the joint construction of the Feilianhu living area by Guizhou Jiangshan and Guizhou Wengfu Jiangshan Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Wengfu Jiangshan'). According to the personnel deployment, unified planning will be done, and construction will be carried out in phases. Following the principle of 'production first, living later,' Guizhou Jiangshan plans to take 28 acres of land in this period. This project is intended to be implemented as an addition to the 'Guizhou Jiangshan phosphorus chemicals resources comprehensive utilization project'.
