On October 29, 2024 (after the transaction period), the company (as the guarantor) entered into a guarantee with the owners Hai 218 and Hai 219 as beneficiaries. Based on this, the company has irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to provide a guarantee of up to USD 0.10115 billion for the tenants Sea Ruby and Sea Sapphire to perform their respective obligations, duties and responsibilities under or in connection with the lease on time.
The announcement stated that providing a guarantee based on the guarantee will help tenants meet their financial needs for sale and leaseback and maintenance of their daily operations.
