Grandall 29th October丨Sanofi-B (02257.HK) announced that the board of directors has established an investigation committee, chaired by the chairman of the board of directors and executive director Lu Yang, along with all independent non-executive directors, namely Chang Hai, Huang Mengying, and Sheng Muxian, to investigate the incident that the issuer of private placement bonds invested by the fund may default, expecting a significant adverse change in the net asset value of the fund.
The board of directors has received voluntary resignations from Lu Yang and Sheng Muxian as members of the investigation committee, in order to allocate more time to their respective duties before being appointed as members of the investigation committee, effective from 29th October 2024. Following the resignations, the investigation committee is composed of Chang Hai and Huang Mengying, with Huang Mengying serving as the chairman of the investigation committee.
