Everus Construction To Be Added To The S&P SmallCap 600 Effective November 1, Replacing Clearwater Paper

S&P SmallCap 600 constituent MDU Resources Group is spinning off Everus Construction Group in a transaction expected to be completed on November 1.
S&P小市值600成分股mdu resources集團將在預計於11月1日完成的交易中將Everus施工集團拆分出去。
Following the spin-off, the parent company MDU Resources Group will remain in the S&P SmallCap 600 but will change its Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) sector from Industrials to Utilities.
在這次分拆之後，母公司mdu resources集團將繼續留在S&P小市值600中，但將其全球行業分類標準(GICS) 板塊從工業轉變爲公用事業。
