Jinlv Environmental (001230.SZ) announced on October 30th that according to the Yunnan Province Public Resource Trading Platform, Yunnan Province Public Resource Trading Information Network published the "Bid winning candidates for the franchisee of Jiangchuan District West Sewage Treatment Plant and Urban-rural Environmental Sanitation Integration Project", the first bid winner is Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company"); Joint bidding unit: Yunnan Shuize Environmental Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
The project includes two parts: sewage treatment plant and urban-rural environmental sanitation integration. The total investment (transfer price of operating rights) of the project is 80.137 million yuan. The sewage treatment part includes the urban west sewage treatment plant and Jiuxi town sewage treatment plant, with an investment amount (transfer price of operating rights) of 30.0638 million yuan. The company is responsible for the urban-rural environmental sanitation integration part, including five sub-items: domestic garbage collection and transportation, kitchen waste collection and transportation, urban road cleaning and sanitation, urban public toilet management, and urban greenery management, with an investment amount (transfer price of operating rights) of 50.0732 million yuan.
