Gelonghui, October 30 | Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd. (00588.HK) announced that operating income for the first three quarters was 4.731 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 54.9%; net loss to mother was 0.928 billion yuan; and basic loss per share was 0.28 yuan.
From January to September 2024, in terms of exhibitions (including hotels) and commercial properties, the conference center business, the total construction area of the project was 0.3679 million square meters, achieving total operating income of RMB 521.91 million; the hotel business, with a total construction area of 0.3468 million square meters, achieving total operating income of RMB 586.21 million; the office and integrated commercial business, with a total construction area of 0.5785 million square meters, achieved total operating income of RMB 471.17 million yuan; in the apartment business, the total construction area of the project is 0.1843 million square meters, achieving a total operating income of RMB 211.42 million.
