Adway Group (06189.HK) announced on October 30th that, after considering its internal available resources and other factors, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 25, 2024.
Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Peking Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor, effective from October 30, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG, with a term lasting until the end of the next shareholder annual meeting of the company.
