According to the announcement from Goldway Edu (08160) on the Zhitong Finance APP, due to the disagreement over audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, between Chong Hing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Chong Hing) and the company, Chong Hing has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 31, 2024.
Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint C.C.T.H CPA Limited (C.C.T.H) as the new group auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Chong Hing's resignation, effective from October 31, 2024, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
