Upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Hong Kong Li Sing Tai Hau Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's auditor, effective from October 31, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Jung T&H, until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
