Oriental HING YIP HLDGS (00430) announced that Kaiyuan Sindh Certified Public Accountants Limited (Kaiyuan Sindh) has resigned as an auditor of the company after considering factors such as its available internal resources, with effect from October 31, 2024.
According to the recommendation of the Company Audit Committee, Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Limited (Beijing Xinghua) was appointed as an auditor with effect from October 31, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of Kaiyuan Sindh. The term of office is until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
