Hertz Global Holdings, the global car rental giant, said on Tuesday that it had submitted a restructuring plan to the Delaware bankruptcy court.
Under the plan, Knighthead Capital Management LLC and Certares Opportunities LLC will invest about $4.2 billion to acquire up to 100 per cent of the restructured Hertz common stock.
