Gridsum November 4th, abterra^ medical (301097.SZ) announced that on October 31, 2024, the company signed a "DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT" (referred to as the "distribution contract") with ProCure Medical GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "PMG" or "buyer").
According to the contract agreement, the symbol of the contract is blood dialysis tubing, with a contract term of 5 years and an expected amount of 40 million US dollars in the first year of the contract. Considering the annual changes in raw material prices, both parties may agree to change the price based on mutually agreed conditions, operating with a transparent unit price, at least consisting of the four cost elements of material cost, labor cost, indirect cost, and logistics/warehousing cost. The company manufactures and delivers based on PMG's purchase orders, issues invoices to PMG upon product receipt, and PMG pays undisputed invoices in full within the invoicing deadline using US dollars.
