On November 4th, Gelonghui reported that Tianjin Jingwei Huikai Optoelectronics (300120.SZ) announced that on November 4, 2024, the company signed an equity transfer agreement with Mr. Weiwei Ping, intending to use its own funds to acquire 4.7672% equity of Nousi (Tianjin) Microsystems Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Norsimicro") held by Mr. Weiweiping, at a price of 58 million yuan.
After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will directly hold 13.9552% equity of Norsim, and indirectly control 7.9245% equity of Norsimicro through Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area Norsinse Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Norsinse"). The company's equity control over Norsimicro will increase from 17.1125% to 21.8797% through direct and indirect means.
