BVI Donghua, BVI Ping An, Andre Group, and Lin An Trading respectively transferred their holdings of 7,000,000 shares, 6,950,000 shares, 2,044,142 shares, and 4,005,858 shares to Mr. Qu Hao. The total transferred shares are 20,000,000 shares, accounting for 5.73% of the total share capital of the company. After this agreement, BVI Donghua, BVI Ping An, and Andre Group respectively hold 58,779,459 shares, 39,401,961 shares, and 48,608,540 shares of the company. Lin An Trading no longer holds any company shares. Mr. Qu Hao will hold 20,000,000 shares, accounting for 5.73% of the total share capital of the company. This equity change will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
