Shares of Yum China Holdings Inc (NYSE:YUMC) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter EPS and revenues.

Revenue increased 5% year over year to $3.07 billion, beating the consensus of $3.05 billion. Adjusted EPS of $0.77 surpassed the street view of $0.68.

Yum China shares rose 8.3% to $48.83 in the pre-market trading session.
